Where we ship We ship within the United Kingdom and internationally to the US, Canada, EU, and Australia.
Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

- Express delivery (1–2 business days) — £6.99
International (US, Canada, EU, Australia)
- EU standard delivery (7–14 business days) — £14.99
- Rest of world standard delivery (7–14 business days) — £23.99
- Free international shipping on orders over £40
Customs & duties All orders are dispatched on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all customs fees, import duties, and taxes are covered upfront — there are no surprise charges upon delivery, wherever you are in the world.
Tracking Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order's journey.
Delays We're not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Lost or damaged orders If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll resolve it promptly.
