Returns & Refunds Policy

If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To help us process your return smoothly, items should ideally be:

Unused and in their original condition
Returned with original packaging where possible
Complete with any included accessories or parts

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.

To speed things up, please include:

A brief description of the issue
Photos of the item and packaging if possible

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a fault, damage, or an error on our side, we will help arrange a suitable solution.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are normally responsible for return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service for peace of mind.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.within 2 working days

Please note that payment providers and banks may take a few working days to process the refund on their side.

Exchanges

Need a replacement instead? No problem — we’ll always try to help where stock is available.

Order Cancellations

Orders can usually be cancelled before dispatch. If your order has already been shipped, you can still contact us and we will guide you through the return process.
