Are your dog toys safe?

All Fetch Nation toys are made from non-toxic, pet-safe materials and are designed with durability in mind. However, we always recommend supervising your dog during play, especially with new toys, and removing any toy that shows signs of significant wear.

What size toy is right for my dog?

We recommend choosing toys based on your dog's size and chewing strength. As a general guide: smaller, softer toys suit small breeds and gentle chewers, while larger, more robust toys are better for medium to large breeds and power chewers. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us and we'll help you choose.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Do you offer free shipping?

How do I care for the toys?

Most of our toys can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Rope toys can be rinsed under warm water and left to air dry. Avoid machine washing unless stated on the product page.
